CHARIOT WHEELS FOUND IN THE RED SEA.
Subject: Chariot Wheels Found In Red SeaWhat great faith the Israelites must have had to begin their descent 11 miles down and then back up again to reach the other side of the Great Red Sea. Can you imagine the feelings they must have had? God always takes care of us but is our faith as strong as theirs must have been?
Chariot Wheels found at the bottom of the Red Sea -- See pictures below and the route
You will be surprised to see proof of Pharaoh's chariot and bones of horses and men found in the Red Sea . Evidence of the crossing of the Red Sea .. Pharaoh's drowned army.
Confirmation of the actual Exodus route has come from divers finding coral-encrusted bones and chariot remains in the Gulf of Aqaba . ONE of the most dramatic records of Divine intervention in history is the account of the Hebrews' exodus from Egypt .
The subsequent drowning of the entire Egyptian army in the Red Sea was not an insignificant event, and confirmation of this event is compelling evidence that the Biblical narrative is truly authentic.
Over the years, many divers have searched the Gulf of Suezin vain for artifacts to verify the Biblical account. But carefully following the Biblical and historical records of the Exodus brings you to Nuweiba, a large beach in the Gulf of Aqaba , as Ron Wyatt discovered in 1978.
Repeated dives in depths ranging from 60 to 200 feet deep (18m to 60m), over a stretch of almost 2.5 km, has shown that the chariot parts are scattered across the sea bed. Artifacts found include wheels, chariot bodies, as well as human and horse bones. Divers have located artifacts on the Saudi coastline opposite Nuweiba as well.
Since 1987, Ron Wyatt found three four-spoke gilded chariot wheels. Coral does not grow on gold, hence the shape has remained very distinct, although the wood inside the gold veneer has disintegrated making them too fragile to move.
The hope for future expeditions is to explore the deeper waters with remote cameras or mini-subs. (ABOVE GILDED CHARIOT WHEEL - Mute witness to the miracle of the crossing of the Red Sea by the Hebrews 3,500 years ago. Found with a metal detector.) Coral-encrusted chariot wheel, filmed off the Saudi coastline, matches the chariot wheels found in Tutankhamen's tomb.
Mineralized bone, one of many found at the crossing site (above center). This one tested by the Department of Osteology at Stockholm University , was found to be a human femur, from the right leg of a 165-170cm tall man. It is essentially 'fossilized', i.e., replaced by minerals and coral, hence cannot be dated by radiocarbon methods, although this specimen was obviously from antiquity. Chariot wheel and axle covered with coral and up-ended. (Exodus 14:25) 'And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily...' Solomon's memorial pillars.
When Ron Wyatt first visited Nuweiba in 1978, he found a Phoenician style column lying in the water. Unfortunately the inscriptions had been eroded away, hence the column's importance was not understood until 1984 when a second granite column was found on the Saudi coastline opposite -- identical to the first, except on this one the inscription was still intact!
In Phoenician letters (Archaic Hebrew), it contained the words: Mizraim (Egypt ); Solomon; Edom ; death; Pharaoh; Moses; and Yahweh, indicating that King Solomon had set up these columns as a memorial to the miracle of the crossing of the sea. Saudi Arabia does not admit tourists, and perhaps fearing unauthorized visitors, the Saudi authorities have since removed this column, and replaced it with a flag marker where it once stood .
How deep is the water? The Gulf of Aqaba is very deep, in places over a mile (1,600m) deep. Even with the sea dried up, walking across would be difficult due to the steep grade down the sides. But there is one spot where if the water were removed, it would be an easy descent for people and animals. This is the line between Nuweiba and the opposite shore in Saudi Arabia .
Depth-sounding expeditions have revealed a smooth, gentle slope descending from Nuweiba out into the Gulf. This shows up almost like a pathway on depth-recording equipment, confirming it's Biblical description, '...a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters.' (Isaiah 43:16)
The Bible writers frequently refer to the miracle of the Red Sea crossing, for it was an event which finds no equal in history. The Hebrew prophets describe the sea at the crossing site as '...the waters of the great deep...the depths of the sea...' (Isaiah 51:10)
Knowing the exact spot to which the Bible writers were referring, what is the depth there? The distance between Nuweiba and where artifacts have been found on Saudi coast is about 18km (11 miles).
Along this line, the deepest point is about 800m (2,600 feet). No wonder that Inspired writers of the Bible described it as the mighty waters. And no wonder that not a single Egyptian survived when the water collapsed in upon them. ( Above right NUWEIBA BEACH- the spot where the crossing began.)

The nature of our Saviour
The Jews answered and said to Him, "Do we not say rightly that You are a Samaritan and have a demon?"
Jesus answered, "I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me." John 8:48
The Pharisees called the Lord a samaritan. Calling someone a samaritan at that time was the most disrespectful curse word
because it meant that his mother brought him to life in a sinful way, through a samaritan.
This chapter is one of the chapters in the bible that shows the Lord Jesus's sensitivity to each and every single person.
Christ did not say, i am not a samaritan.. but only.. I do not have a demon.
The Lord Jesus did not want to hurt any samaritan's that were around and make them feel like they were lowly.
Christ did not want to discriminate against the samaritans or make it look like it is shameful to be a samaritan.
The Lord is so sensitive, even when he is cursed and dispised.
Another example of Christ's sensitivity was when he asked the Samaritan woman.. where her husband was.
Christ clearly knew that she had 5 and none of the were her husbands.
Yet Jesus was way too sensitive to make her feel ashamed, that she felt comfortable enough to say it with her own mouth.
The Samaritan women saw that Christ's tenderness and sensitivity was like no other,
and she told him the whole truth about her sinful past.
"Take My yoke upon you, and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls.
Jesus answered, "I do not have a demon; but I honor My Father, and you dishonor Me." John 8:48

How much do u love God?
One day, a boy told abuna: "Abuna, i cant stop sinning even when i try my best... it seems like i dont love God enough.. i just cant stop repeating my sins!"
Abuna told him," My son, the problem is not that you dont love God enough, but you dont know how much God loves you. Once u realize his gr8 love for u, u will reject sin at once."
lets look at the 3 disciples: Judas escariot, Peter, and John.
Judas felt like he did not love the Lord Jesus enough, and sold his relationship with Christ at a cheap price.
Peter told the Lord Jesus, how much he loved him, and swore not to betray him even if all the others did. "Lord, I am ready to go with You, both to prison and to death." YET.... he betrayed him 3 times!
However... John (called the beloved) was the only one who was standing at the cross with St.Mary. He was the only one that remained with Christ at the time of pain, even though all the others left.... In the gospel, it never says that John loved the Lord more than all the others did.. BUT instead, it says about John that he was "the disciple whom Jesus loved".
We need to realize God's great love for us, and once we do.. we will be standing with John at the foot of the cross.
Peter said he loved the Lord yet he betrayed him. John did not say he loved Jesus, yet he understood how much Jesus loved him, and that is why he left everything, and remained close to Christ, especially during the time of His suffering.
"We love him, because he first loved us." 1 John 4:19

Do ALL things really work together for good?
When things happen in our lives that do not go as we expected, many of us tend to say, Why God? and we see this many times in the bible for example with David, and Job. Many times, its those who love God.. that have the most problems.. and the big question is why?? However, we do not see the whole picture.
For example: this Christmas, i was on my way to california to spend time in a monastary. I had to first go to chicago and then from there to Los Angeles. When i arrived at chicago, they told us that our flight was cancelled!! i had many thoughts running in my head.. first of all.. i had ppl waiting for us at Los angeles and we needed to be there on time to take the bus with them to the desert. I asked the man working there if there were any other flights going there.. and there was NONE. Not one! he told me to go to sandiego LOL! @. and i can hear ppl around me complaining that they have been waiting a week to find a flight. so i started getting mad.. in my mind.. i thought.. God if this trip was not ur will .. why would i go all the way to chicago.. at least.. dont let us go.. when we were at toronto. I knew no one in chicago... and i was tired, hungry, and irritated. I thought of the verse.. "all things work good for those ewho love God.. " but in my heart i felt.. what good can possibly come out of this?? i mean only bad can come from it. And in my mind out of weakeness, and lack of faith, i told God: If u can hear my prayer, then plz do something.
all of a sudden, immediatly after i prayed that.. the man working there told me, "Because u look like my sis.. i found 2 seats for u and ur sis" .. i was soo happy.. and after when we were looking for our seats.. we found out that they were FIRST CLASS SEATS. God is trullly amazing.. because.. from having NO seats at all, God gave us first class seats!!! we got to eat, sleep.. it was amazing... but ever since that day.. i learned one of the most amazing lessons in my life.
1. WHen things go wrong, or if God takes away soemthing from us that we love so much, we should not complain to God .. however we should trust that he has something wayyy better in mind for us.
2. Truly.. we need to trust God in everything. I thought: what good can come from our flight to the monastery being cancelled?
-- God had first class seats waiting for us, which was good because: we finally got to rest b4 going to the monastery.. and were able to go to tasbeha that night.. and we didnt have to wait 2 hours for everyone and met with everyone at the same time. etc...
So... when things go wrong.. we should trust that God has amazing things waiting for us.. but we should be patient and wait.
Remember Joseph..everything bad happened to him.. being hated by all his brothers, thrown in a well, sold as a slave, and then being imprisoned for being righteous! however.. there was glory waiting for him.. he became the prince of Egypt.. and saved his family from famine. Look at David.. it was necessary for him to go through all that pain in the begining of his life.. in order to make him one of the best kings of Israel!! If things seem to be going wrong..
dont worry!! if u love God... he has something amazing in mind for u.. be patient, and let God work!

Are you thirsty?
Each and every single person, from day one... when they were a tiny little baby... has wanted to be loved. Each and every person, desires to be loved, and those who are not loved... or did not grow up in loving relationships, had probably alot of difficulty growing up, and were unable to thrive. If a tiny baby doesnt recieve enough love, it can die!! So... God created each and every person with a desire to be loved. However, he cannot create a desire, that cannot be fullfilled. Yet why is it that many people, feel empty, or sad? If love is the number one thing that ppl want, then why is it so hard to attain? It is because they do not go to the number one source of love!! God is Love!!
Love actually is such an abstract topic, as easy and simple as it may seem, it actually is very complicated because, when we say God loves us.. we usually think that his love is just a better or bigger version of our type of love. Our conditional love. However, we need to understand that God is different than us. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. " (Isaiah 55:8)
1. God's love is unconditional. The bible says, "unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood" (Rev. 1:5). The order here is EXTREMLY important for us to understand. God first loved THEN washed. He loved us while we were in the midst of sin. It is like a little boy who fell down and had many sores on his body. When he goes to his mom, she does not say: Go to the hospital, get stitched up, and then ill hug u. Instead she hugs him FIRST, and then gets him cleaned up. God is exactly the same. He hates seeing us fall in sin, yet he still loves us, and will come to us and clean us up. Therefore God's love is unconditional, and undeserved.
It is undeserved.. whether we become super spiritual saints, or are the biggest sinners on earth, God's love does not fluctuate. God loves us, not because of who we are but because of who he is!
God's love is eternal. However, all this sounds nice.. we've heard of it 1000 times.. but.. the problem is, do we truly feel it in our hearts? Its like the ocean.. we say we know the ocean.. But do we reallly know it? How high, how deep, how wide it is etc..?? I think it is worth jumping in the midst of it, to find out, because at the shore it will be quite hard to understand it. *
The word, "Love" is such an understatement, to what God's love really is like. It is uncontained. It's like trying to fit the ocean into a jar!! impossible! God proves his love in many ways , and one of them is his anger!
Many ppl wonder, how come God in the old testament would get angry at the isrealites and punish them. His anger is a sign of love!! It's like having a child who starts doing drugs, and hits old ladies on the street. If he was my child whom i loved.. I would be ANGRY and i will punish him until he changes, because i care about him. If i didnt care about him, i will not get angry. However, God did not bear to see his children slaves of sin... and he did not bear to have us punished, that he took the punishment himself! "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." (Isaiah 53:5).
When the Samaritan woman came to the well she was thirsty, but she sought after the water that makes one thirst again. How many times do we go to the world to have our thirst quenched? We turn to ppl, money, success etc... But we should be wise enough like the samaritan woman, to ask for the everlasting water. "Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again; but whoever drinks the water I shall give will never thirst; the water I shall give will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life." God wants to give us his love abundantly!! This reminds me when i went to Mandarin. I go to eat the waffles, mmm .. but once i left the waffles till the end (the best for last).. i was so full I could not have it. I looked at it with displeasure, even though it is my fav food... It's the same thing with God... once he fills us with his love.. we will never look back at the (waffle - sin, worldly pleasures). The Samaritan woman "left her jar and went back to the city" . When you experience God's love, you will leave everytihng, behind.. u will no longer need anything.. because God becomes everything to u.. Dont be like a fool, who licks drops of water off the sand, when there is a whole ocean in front of him. God's love is much more than the ocean.. enjoy it, and let it saturate u. "Which of the things can satisfy you, if God himself does not? " (St.Augustine)
" Thou hast made us for thine self and our hearts are restless till they rest in thee" St. Augustine
"Love is strong as death..many waters cannot quench love,
neither can floods drown it." Song of Solomon 8:7
Too late have i loved you, O beauty ever ancient ever new, too late have I loved you
-- St. Augustine

A Valentine from Jesus
Dear beloved
I am the Lord, the compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness, maintaining love to thousands. Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends. I demonstrated My own love for you in this: While you were still sinners, I died for you. For great is My love, reaching to the heavens; My faithfulness reaches to the skies! I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness. I am faithful to all My promises and loving toward all I have made. I uphold all those who fall and lift up all who are bowed down....I am near to all who call on Me, to all who call on Me in truth. I fulfill the desires of those who fear Me; I hear their cry
and save them. I AM LOVe
Delight yourself in Me and I will give you the desires of your heart. I know the plans that I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Trust in Me with all your heart and don't lean on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Me, and I will make your paths straight. I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. I Myself will go before you and will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. I am with you; I am your helper. Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for you will not be shaken!
Cast your cares on Me and I will sustain you; I will never let the righteous fall. If you listen to Me you will live in safety and be at ease, without fear of harm. I will watch over your life. I am close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. A righteous man may have many troubles, but I will deliver him from them all! So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Cast all your anxiety on Me because I care for you!
Because you love Me, I will rescue you; I will protect you, for you acknowledge My name. You will call upon Me, and I will answer you; I will be with you in trouble, I will deliver you and honor you. With long life I will satisfy you and show you My salvation. If I am for you, who can be against you? Who shall separate you from My love? Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate you from My love. My love for you endures forever!
With All My Love,
The Lord
A Valentine From Jesus
I love you.
You are mine.
Your name is written upon My heart.
Your prayers are precious to Me.
Your life is in My hands.
I am always with you.
I am nearer to you than your own heart.
I gave My life so that you
might live forever with Me.
All I ask in return is your love.

~ Jesus ~
P.S. You are precious in my sight,
and honored, and I love you.

Be My Valentine,
~ Jesus ~
P.S. You are precious in my sight,
and honored, and I love you.
~ Isaiah 43:4 ~
